How It Works
A quick walkthrough of the whole process — from preparing your photos to sending your final payment. Follow these steps in order and you'll be set.
1. Prepare Your Images
You'll need two images: a clear, straight-on face photo, and a photo of your signature. The signature MUST be horizontal (left-to-right, not rotated or angled) and black ink on a plain white background with nothing else in the frame — no lines, no borders, no watermarks, no other text. For the face photo, good lighting, no shadows, no filters, and a plain wall behind you make the best results. Make sure both images are sharp — blurry or cropped images will be rejected.

2. Place a Personal (Cart) Order
On the Personal Order page, add each ID you want to your cart — you can order one or many at once. Fill in the identity details, shipping address, and contact info for each item, then proceed to checkout.
3. Place a Group Order
On the Order page, fill out a single ID's details and submit with your $20 deposit. Your order joins the current batch with other people — the more people in the batch, the cheaper each ID gets. Watch the live batch counter to see the current group size and price tier.
4. Apply a Referral Code
Enter a referral code in the referral field before submitting. Some codes unlock group discounts that activate once enough people in the batch use the same code — the discount description will show up in your price estimate when it applies. The person who owns the code earns rewards as more people use it.
5. Apply a Promo / Coupon Code
Enter a promo code in the coupon field to take a percentage off, a fixed dollar amount off, or unlock free duplicates. Coupons work on both personal and group orders — check your price estimate to confirm the discount applied before you submit.
6. Send Your Deposit
For group orders, send the $20 deposit to the Venmo or Cashapp account shown on the order page, then upload a screenshot of the sent payment as your deposit image. Your order is held once the deposit is submitted.
7. Send Your Final Payment
After the batch closes, you'll be contacted with your final total (group price, plus any duplicates and shipping, minus any discounts). Send the remaining balance to the same Venmo or Cashapp account and upload the payment screenshot. Your order is officially placed once final payment is confirmed.
8. Track Your Order
Check the Status page anytime with your email to see where your order is in the process — from deposit confirmed, to contacted, to payment requested, to order placed and shipped. You'll also get updates by email.
